While we strive for accuracy and availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our app, website, or services.

2. Customer Disclaimers

We are not liable for:

Delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, roadblocks, or unforeseen events.
Loss or damage of goods unless covered under an optional insurance plan.
Inaccurate pickup or drop details provided by the customer.

Item Prohibition: Customers must not transport illegal, perishable, or hazardous goods. Doing so is at the customer’s own risk and may lead to legal consequences.

3. Driver Disclaimers

All drivers are expected to follow traffic laws and handle goods responsibly. However, Quikzy is not responsible for:

Driver conduct or negligence beyond reasonable verification.
Fines, penalties, or liabilities resulting from unlawful driving behavior.
Vehicle breakdowns, fuel issues, or last-minute cancellations by the driver.

4. Business/Fleet Admin Disclaimers

Business accounts must verify all details before scheduling trips. We are not liable for:

Incorrect trip scheduling, route errors, or internal mismanagement.
Delayed payments due to incomplete KYC or overdue invoices.
Any unauthorized use of API credentials or dashboard access by internal staff.

5. Payment & Refund Disclaimers

All fares shown are indicative and may vary based on real-time distance, waiting time, or extra stops.
Refunds are processed as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We do not guarantee full refunds in case of cancellation after driver dispatch.

6. App & Platform Disclaimers

The platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or technical outages. We will attempt to notify users in advance but are not liable for any loss during such periods.
While we aim to keep all content accurate and updated, we make no warranties on completeness or correctness.
