2. Customer Terms

2.2. Cancellation & Refund
Free cancellation before driver assignment.
A cancellation fee applies if the driver is en route or waiting.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.

2.3. Goods Liability
We are not responsible for lost/damaged goods unless additional insurance is opted during booking.

2.4. Conduct
Customers must behave respectfully with drivers. Misconduct may result in account suspension.

3. Driver Terms

3.1. Registration & Eligibility
Drivers must register via the Driver App, provide valid documents (DL, PAN, RC, etc.), and undergo verification.

3.2. Trip Allocation
Trips are assigned based on availability, location, performance, and demand.

3.3. Payouts
Earnings are credited periodically. Deductions may apply for platform charges, penalties, or cancellations.

3.4. Responsibilities
Drivers must:

  • Arrive on time
  • Handle goods carefully
  • Use GPS for navigation
  • Not subcontract trips to others

3.5. Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate driver accounts in cases of fraud, poor performance, or customer complaints.

4. Business User / Fleet Admin Terms

4.1. Onboarding
Business users must enter into a service agreement and complete KYC and documentation.

4.2. Credit Facility & Billing
If eligible, credit limits may be offered. Payments must be cleared within agreed billing cycles.

4.3. Fleet Management
Business users can manage their own drivers or opt for platform-verified ones. Responsibility lies with the business for internal operations.

4.4. Data & Reports
Reports generated via the dashboard or API are for internal use. Misuse or sharing with third parties is prohibited.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

We act only as a logistics facilitator, not a transporter.

We do not guarantee availability, delivery times, or uninterrupted service.

Liability for damage is limited unless otherwise agreed in writing or insured.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Privacy Policy

Use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, outlining data collection, usage, and protection.
